Hi, I’m Adam. I’m a psychologist with experience working in community health clinics, schools, and the private sector. My approach is based on the belief that with the right support and awareness, people can navigate challenges, improve their mental health, and build more meaningful connections. I take the time to understand each person’s concerns in the context of their relationships, culture, identity, and life experiences.
I also work in palliative care, where I’ve witnessed the resilience people find even in the midst of loss and transition. This continues to affirm my belief that every person has the capacity to move toward a life of meaning and depth, no matter the circumstances.
Above all, I see healing as something that happens through relationships. I strive to offer a therapeutic space where people feel deeply heard, supported, and encouraged to take steps toward the life they hope for.
