Registered Psychotherapist with the ACA (Australian Counselling Association), Member 15562, Level 4. Bachelor Degree in Counselling, extensive studies in Gestalt, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focussed Therapy), Family Systems, Trauma Informed, Schema, Inner Child Work, often influenced by spiritual leaders and ancient wisdom.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals who have experienced a wide range of psychological pain and distress. I have gained valuable experience in support work, adult inpatient/outpatient facilities, and have served as an esteemed associate for an EAP provider, in addition to maintaining a private practise.
