Hi, I’m Jake. Have you ever wondered what your life would feel like if you were able to understand yourself and the people around you in a different way? Sometimes all we need is to learn how to relate to ourself in a new way, which naturally brings forward our best qualities, making life more enjoyable and mentally calm.
I work with clients experiencing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, low self-confidence, stress, addiction, relationship struggles and confusion around gender or sexual orientation. We will work together to gain deep insights into whatever you bring to therapy and then co-create the best strategy forward.
My work is largely informed by my psychotherapeutic training in various modalities, my experience of over 18 years in meditation and daily mindfulness, and also my own personal growth through therapy and living my own life through all of these above lenses. I have a keen sense of where my client's sticking points are and how to address them authentically.
