I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, disengagement from learning, or school refusal. Families often feel stuck or unsure how to help. Through art and play, children can explore and express emotions—for example, squishing and moulding clay to release frustration, or using paint and colour to explore feelings about home or school. I support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence, and can include caregivers to strengthen their connection with their child. No art experience is required to engage in art therapy, just a willingness to explore.
I provide art therapy tailored to each child, using creative processes to build insight, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. I also offer dyadic sessions where caregivers join, strengthening parent–child relationships and supporting emotional skills beyond the therapy room.
