Welcome to I Am Ready Psychology. I’m Trisna, a psychologist with an interest in the wellbeing and fulfilment of artists, performers, creatives and all those who follow their passions.
As well as assisting clients manage challenges of working in creative industries and life in general, I am also involved in research. I have conducted individual and group therapy for depression, anxiety, grief and adjustment issues and worked in a community program for men’s health.
My surname is Fraser. “I am ready” is a translation of the Fraser of Lovat clan motto “Je suis prest”. The statement encapsulates the state of mind and preparation required to reach your potential and be ready for whatever life throws your way.
