I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and significant life transitions.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing and attachment-informed approaches.
