I support adults, adolescents, and children from 3 years and up (including NDIS participants) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, BPD, grief, addiction, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps. Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. My goal is to help clients move beyond survival, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
With a Master of Counselling and lived experience of trauma, I incorporate CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, along with my strengths-based A PLAN framework, helping clients understand their current circumstances, build confidence, and create a pathway toward positive change and wellbeing.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you're carrying the weight of past experiences or current challenges. You don't have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with hope, confidence, and renewed purpose.

Grappling with Grief
When life throws us a curved ball, it helps to have A PLAN to navigate the uncharted waters. The A PLAN is a unique grief model that helps us move through our grief. It gives us useable strategies to tackle those confusing emotions and questions. It provides a safe platform to explore our feelings and thoughts and it give us HOPE of eventual acceptance. It becomes ......A PLAN for our life and whatever curved balls we might encounter!
