Where appropriate I will use EMDR therapy, to reprocess old memories that may be negatively affecting your present. EMDR is a safe and effective therapy, that can help you have inner peace, emotional wellbeing and a renewed hope for the future.
I also offer relationship counselling, helping couples reconnect and find joy and love together. Through our sessions, we'll focus on improving communication and fostering a deeper understanding between you and your partner. Together, we'll navigate the challenges and work towards building a stronger, more fulfilling relationship for you both.
Seeking counselling can feel daunting, especially if it's your first time, or you feel your concerns aren't "bad enough", but I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns, big or small.
