Gentle Giants Gathering - Equine Therapy Day
This experiential women’s group explores connection, boundaries and emotional awareness through guided interaction with horses. Horses are highly sensitive to human presence and provide immediate, non-verbal feedback that can deepen understanding of relationship, trust and personal state. Participants learn simple principles for developing calm presence and respectful connection with these gentle animals. The day also includes reflection and conversation with a small group of supportive women, offering a shared space for learning, curiosity and connection in a natural outdoor setting.

Seasonal Retreats - Overnight Nature Immersion
Celebrate the seasons in the company of other women. This facilitated women’s circle offers a supportive space for connection, conversation and shared reflection. Together we explore how seasonal rhythms can support wellbeing, creativity and everyday life, while learning simple nature-based practices that help women reconnect with themselves and the living world. A key part of the experience is meeting other women who are seeking meaningful community and authentic conversation. The gatherings are gently guided, inclusive and focused on building connection, insight and a sense of belonging through the changing rhythms of the year.

Women's Circles : Online
This online women’s circle offers a supportive space for connection, reflection and shared learning. Many women carry stress, emotional overwhelm and the pressure of holding everything together alone. These gatherings provide a place to pause, speak honestly and connect with others walking similar paths. The circles are part of the A Rhythm of Her Own membership and meet regularly online, following seasonal and lunar rhythms. Sessions may include guided reflection, discussion and simple practices that support emotional awareness and steadiness. The circle is trauma-informed and carefully facilitated. Women join from Canberra, regional NSW and across Australia.
