One of my greatest passions is helping people live better lives. Achieving my clients' counselling goals is my ultimate reward. Clients need confidentiality to express their problems freely and find effective support and therapy for their psychological concerns. Clients' goals may change from session to session, therefore, supporting the clients through the counselling journey and tailoring the best treatment to their needs is crucial.
I have a Master Degree in Counseling and certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I provide counselling for individuals, families, couples, and youths, addressing issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, work problems, social problems, and other mental health problems. I am eligible for CBT, DBT, MI, SFT, and other interventions.
