We are here to help anyone who believes they would benefit from working through any issues (small or large), building insight into their patterns of thought and behaviour, or simply wanting to improve their psychological wellbeing. In addition to improving general wellbeing, we can also help treat a range of issues including addiction, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, personality disorders, forensic/offending issues, anger management and self-esteem issues. Therapeutic approaches offered include CBT, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and ACT.
In addition to seeing clients within the general population, Kristen is an endorsed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and has experience working with perpetrators of crime. Kristen offers treatment via private billing, Mental Health Treatment Plans, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and SIRA (Workers Compensation/CTP).
