I provide counselling for young people, adults and families with presenting mental health concerns, trauma, grief and loss as well as relationship and parenting difficulties. I have specialty in supporting children and adolescents who experienced harm and abuse ensuring fundamental safety to their well-being. I also work with individuals and families who are faced with the impact of life-threatening illness. I have a strong dedication in supporting every client through my integrative and relational counselling approach in their journey of self-love and hope.
I am a Level 4 clinical registered counsellor with the ACA, with a tertiary degree in counselling. I am a current practitioner with a non-profit organisation. I have over 11 years of experience working across community support services, domestic and family violence refuge and allied health settings.
I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, collaborative space and ensure comfort where you can feel relaxed and open to the therapy experience.
