My approach to therapy/counselling is based on cognitive behavioural therapy, and is mixed with other approaches such a narrative therapy and schema therapy. I am passionate to tailoring therapy to individual client needs.
Treatment after a workplace accident/incident or a motor vehicle accident (MVA) has its own complexities - dealing with the insurance company, GPs, rehab providers etc. My extensive knowledge of the process will assist you not only with your psychological injury, but also in navigating the complexities of the insurance process.
