My approach to therapy is flexible and personalized, I work with your life stories. I have a keen interest in supporting individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I work with NDIS clients. I have experience working with all age groups including children, adolescents, adults and elderlies, with their psychological presentations such as Depression and Anxiety. I have experience treating OCD and ADHD, helping them achieve autonomy over their lives. I also help individuals with Anger Management, Oppositional Defiant, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Bipolar Disorder and Couple's Counselling.
I conduct clinical interview to diagnose individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I utilize cognitive and behavioral therapy in treating depression, anxiety and complex behavioral problems such as those in ADHD, OCD and in Autism (ASD). My therapeutic style is versatile. I listen to my clients, so that their therapy is guided.
I am passionate about helping people, and I express my passion in my work through my due diligence, attentiveness and care. I have a down-to-earth personality which I use to form the basis of my therapeutic alliance with my clients. My therapeutic style is warm and encouraging. I believe all individuals deserves an opportunity to realise their potential.
