My goal is to reduce the stigma around help seeking. I help people feel heard and validated by addressing issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, healing the inner child and attachment wounds, practising effective communication skills, changing careers and more. As a culturally and linguistically diverse therapist, I have a unique understanding of the challenges and difficulties many families face in Australia, I am here to help, guide and support. For your convenience I offer flexible hours (including evening and weekends) over video or phone. My approach is a mix of science and creativity.

I provide my clients with a safe, non-judgemental space where they can open up about anything that may be on their minds or troubling them. CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) practice is my aim. My practice is person-centred first and foremost. I also have experience in somatic experiencing, expressive therapies, ACT, CBT and other modalities.

I am here for you, you are not alone! Asking for help takes courage, I get it. Being able to reach out and ask for help makes you a brave person, - I respect and admire that! I think outside the box and offer my clients a fresh perspective on things. I practice from a person-centred perspective and from a place of curiosity.

I work with neurodiverse clients who may present with frustration, anger, depression, childhood trauma. A typical treatment plan would involve identifying your main presenting issues and triggers and developing tools and strategies to help you manage them.
