I am a PACFA registered Gestalt psychotherapist passionate about change, embodiment, and relationships. My approach is grounded in Gestalt's holistic, non-pathologising philosophy, believing in your inherent wholeness, resilience, and interconnectedness. I aim to create a welcoming environment that supports you in expanding your awareness and developing inner resources needed to embrace life's challenges. Drawing on my decade as an Open Floor teacher—a therapeutic movement practice—I foster greater mind-body awareness. This embodied approach helps address root issues, supporting your healing, growth, and increased agency in life.
I work side-by-side with my clients, individually and in groups, to deepen your understanding of how they relate to themselves and their world, enabling more choice. I support people as they cross the challenging, mysterious, and enlivening thresholds of life. My work is embedded in a somatic approach that deepens connection to mind and body.
Drawing on my own therapy experiences, I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out for support. I offer open-ended and fixed-term therapy for adults (individually or group) in-person in the inner-north of Melbourne and online.
