I’m a registered social worker with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Human Services (UQ). I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and intense emotions, including challenges linked to personality disorders or major life changes. My hospital and acute mental health experience informs a safe, compassionate space. I support clients in exploring their experiences, reflecting on patterns, and engaging with emotions in a way that fosters insight, growth, and learning. I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a social worker in the public sector, providing assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. I’m completing advanced training in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) with supervision, offering structured, evidence-based support for people managing personality disorders and intense emotions.
