I've been in private practice as a Psychotherapist for 7 years. Outside of psychotherapy, I've also worked in depth with complex mental health issues within in the community for NDIS, and as a Behaviour therapist for adults, children, and families also within the NDIS space.
I connect well with adults and adolescents by offering a unique expressive practice including a variety of talk therapy modalities and creative modalities. Expressive therapies are particularly helpful for those who find it difficult to connect with a therapist and perhaps feel like they've told their story many times before.
I use a person centred approach and incorporate the following therapies as needed; Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Sand play, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, and somatic therapy.
