With extensive experience in psychology, I specialise in supporting children, adolescents, and parents through a range of challenges, including anxiety, school refusal, PANS and PANDAS, and neurodiversity-affirming care. I also provide tailored support for military families, drawing from 20 years of personal experience as a Defence spouse and understanding the unique challenges of frequent relocations and parental absences.
In addition to counselling, I offer comprehensive assessments for cognitive abilities, learning difficulties, and ADHD. Holding a Master of Forensic Psychology and a Master of Brain and Mind Science, I take a collaborative approach, working closely with parents and schools when needed.
Utilising child-led principles, I integrate evidence-based therapies such as EMDR (Level 2 Child and Adolescent), CBT play therapy, CBT, ACT, and ERP to foster resilience and well-being in young people. As a parent to 3 teens, I understand the challenges and rewards of parenting and am here to support children and their parents to feel safe and connected.
