Announcement icon I am currently offering phone and video conferencing for sessions during this challenging time. Medicare rebates may apply.
Would you like to think more clearly? Feel joy and inner peace? Be able to be more present in your relationships and able to express yourself creatively, sexually and interpersonally? I love supporting people to find their unique voice by creating a safe place for you to be heard. By hearing yourself talk, you can then find out who you really are. Together we can look at what you create or provoke in your relationships; both with yourself and others so you can unlock your true potential and ability to connect. I want my clients to grow and expand.

Helen Fraser's Groups

Telehealth Group Therapy

This group has a maximum of 8 and minimum of 3 participants and was created in response to the social isolation of Covid-19. It will be an open group, meaning participants can come in and out of the group as needed, giving the group plenty of experience adapting and relating to new people. It will be a space to explore how you interact in a group and how this links to your family of origin, ways to more deeply listen and express yourself and can help you develop a deeper connection to yourself when around others.
