Held Counselling Space is a safe space to explore the depths and nuance of personhood, whether that is navigating grief, anxiety, people-pleasing, feeling lost or disconnected, relational challenges, stress, trauma or low self-worth. With presence and reflection, together we are curious, we are kind to whatever surfaces. A soft place to hold the light and the dark with care and an invitation to commune with your deep Self.

For over six years, Masters-qualified, PACFA Clinical Counsellor Abi's specialty has been supporting people navigating grief, loss & life changes. With safety, trust and connection, she helps you navigate towards deeper self-understanding, principally using EMDR therapy with an IFS-informed lens, making room for healing.

You are welcome here; it’s an honour to be present with you and your human experience - however that looks and feels. Abi offers individual and relationship counselling, EMDR, women’s circles and grief retreats in Moana, Adelaide hills and online.
