I am a mature Masters degreed Counselling Psychologist having a rich and impeccable professional record spanning 30+ years. I am a certified expert in the treatment of clients suffering from Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, vicarious trauma, a variety of phobias and anxiety and mood disorders, also including clients suffering from PTSD/phobias due to workplace injuries and vehicle accidents, and the treatment of chronic pain management. I also am well-experienced in supporting clients suffering from a specific grief experience, e.g. the death of a loved one.
I specialise in a variety psychotherapies focused on PTSD/vicarious trauma/phobias/anxiety and mood disorders, which include Clinical Neuro-Psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy and Virtual Reality in clinical practice. I also provide a full online therapeutic service. I recently started using Music Therapy on an experimental basis.
