I am passionate about these connections, particularly in the areas of complex trauma, chronic health conditions and ancestral patterns
I’m a registered Counsellor with a Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy, experienced in mental health, crisis support, addiction, childhood abuse, domestic and family violence, and sexual assault. My integrative trauma-informed approach combines evidence-informed therapies with somatic practice, attachment-based work, and nervous system regulation.
Life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our relationships, and our sense of direction. I believe each person holds an innate capacity for healing and growth, and my role is to help create the conditions for that wisdom to emerge.
