My interest lies in supporting people who are grieving, feeling overwhelmed or lost, struggling with painful relationship dynamics, or facing any of life's many transitions. I provide a gentle, non-judgemental space for you to talk, explore your emotions and feelings, learn new coping skills, and come to some clarity on the issues you've brought to counselling.

I use a range of counselling modalities in my practice and tailor my approach to each person's unique situation. I work collaboratively with my clients on helping them achieve their goals for counselling, empowering them to move ahead in the ways they find meaningful and achievable.
