I am warm and compassionate and provide a safe space for my clients.
Trauma underpins many of our life stories. I work with trauma using a method called Depth Enquiry. Long held sufferings can be relieved by this gentle and non-invasive process.
I work with many clients, and this form of trauma relief can be used to access a particular traumatic event, as well as trauma which has lasted many years in some cases. You can continue with your own therapist while dealing with unresolved trauma if that would work for you.
I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marriage struggles, parenting challenges, family conflict and work-related difficulties. I embrace conversations about cults - whether you have left one or have a family member caught up in one - and welcome talking about grief (of all sorts) including death and dying.
We can have a 20-minute session to see if I'm a good fit for you - this can be by phone or zoom. The therapeutic relationship (how well we get on) is what works so there's no point coming to me if you don't like what I offer! I look forward to meeting you and hearing about your life and challenges.
