Whatever your situation, my aim is to support you to find understanding, build resilience and navigate life's challenges in a gentle and natural way.
I work with individuals on a wide range of issues and concerns, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, fears and phobias, health and wellness, weight issues, and general life challenges. I have a strong focus on nervous system regulation, anxiety and stress reduction.
A trauma informed Counsellor and Clinical EFT practitioner, I offer a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming space for you to share your challenges and be supported. My holistic, person-centred approach integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques including Clinical EFT, CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness & Reiki.
Interested in working with me but feeling nervous or unsure if or how I can support you? I understand how daunting this can be, but I am here to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's chat (or message) and see if we are a good fit. If we are - great! If not I may be able to point you towards another practitioner who may suit your needs better.
