Looking for gentle, grounded support through life’s challenges?
Whatever you’re navigating right now, my aim is to help you find understanding, build resilience, and move forward in a way that feels natural and empowering.
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns — including depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, fears and phobias, health and wellness challenges, weight concerns, and general life stressors.
My approach places a strong focus on nervous system regulation, anxiety support, and stress reduction.
As a Trauma-Informed Counsellor and Accredited Clinical EFT Practitioner, I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space where you can share openly and feel supported.
My holistic, person-centred approach draws on a blend of modalities, including:
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), CBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness & Reiki.
If you’re curious about working together but feeling nervous or unsure — that’s completely normal. Reaching out can feel daunting, but I’m here to make the first step as easy as possible.
Let’s chat (or message) to see if we’re a good fit. If we are — wonderful. If not, I’m happy to help guide you toward a practitioner who may better suit your needs.
