My approach is integrative, holistic and trauma-informed. I draw on CBT, ACT, existential and solution-focused therapy, shaped around you rather than one fixed method. With a background across counselling, nutritional medicine and lived experience, I work with the whole person, helping you understand your inner world and move toward aligned, lasting change.
