Many of my clients are thoughtful, introspective people who understand themselves well but still feel stuck. They carry unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, grief, or relationship difficulties. Some are navigating life transitions or identity questions. Others feel internally divided, disconnected from themselves or the people they love. A significant number hold Christian faith and want their inner life and spiritual life to work together rather than against each other. Whatever brings them in, most share one thing: they want more than coping. They want something to actually change.
I draw on IFS-informed parts work, state-based interventions, and experiential approaches including Gestalt and active imagination. I also weave in ACT and narrative therapy where useful. For clients of faith, psychology and Christian spirituality are integrated thoughtfully. My practice is relational, depth-oriented, and oriented toward lasting change.
