As a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, Bahar is deeply committed to facilitating transformative journeys toward mental well-being. With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, Bahar has had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages facing a diverse range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, school refusal, parental separation, grief & loss, trauma, peer/relationship issues, bullying, social skills difficulties, among others.
Warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude are at the core of her practice. Bahar believes in building strong therapeutic partnerships with her clients in creating a safe space to explore their challenges and emotions, paving the way for healing.
Her particular passions are around supporting parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children. As a mother of two, one with a disability, she has a unique insight into living with and caring for a loved one with special needs.
