Our ideal clients are children, adolescents, couples, and families who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking support to move forward.

Many parents come to us feeling unsure how to support their child when usual strategies are no longer effective, while couples often seek support when communication has broken down or emotional distance has grown.
I am an Accredited Family Therapist, Registered Counsellor, and Play Therapist. My work is grounded in systemic family therapy, attachment theory, and neuroscience, and is always flexible and client-centred to meet each family’s unique needs and goals.
I also offer EMDR therapy to support clients in processing trauma and distressing experiences.
I am passionate about supporting children, couples, and families to strengthen connection, build emotional awareness, and navigate change with greater confidence.
