Offering a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, supported & empowered. I provide trauma-informed counselling for children aged 6+, teens & adults, with a focus on FDV/DV, emotional abuse, coercive control, trauma recovery, CPTSD/PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation difficulties incBPD. I also support grief, overwhelm, stress, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, life transitions & general mental health concerns. Sessions combine practical strategies for daily challenges with deeper therapeutic work to explore patterns, build insight, support healing & create longer-term change, in person or online.
I draw on trauma-informed, evidence-informed & integrative counselling shaped by neuroscience, incl. psychodynamic, attachment & schema-informed work, DBT-informed strategies, MBT, somatic awareness & creative reflection. I also offer The Rebuilding Room for people rebuilding after coercive control, unhealthy relationships, trauma, loss & life transitions.
You do not need to know exactly where to start. Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or unsure how to put experiences and feelings into words. We can begin gently, at your pace, making sense of things together and helping you feel safer, clearer, more connected to yourself and grounded.
