My name is Kate and I have been working as a psychotherapist in private practice for 15 years. I work with adults, children and couples in both short and long term counselling and integrate a number of therapeutic models. I provide a secure and safe space where my clients are heard and can process their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Each session will help you to explore your issues and I will accompany you on the journey and be next to you to uncover the issues. From there, I am focussed on continuing through the healing process together.
