I am a social worker and counsellor working closely with young people, parents, and caregivers. I am passionate about supporting families navigating autism, ADHD, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), and questions around gender identity or sexuality.
I am also an autistic parent of two neurodivergent children, living and working on Wadawurrung Country (Point Lonsdale).
I have extensive professional experience having worked in parent support, family and youth counselling, play therapy, school wellbeing, and with LGBTQIA+ communities. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative.
Soft Ground is my counselling practice, offering counselling and support to young people, caregivers and families. Services provided via either home visits or Telehealth and include the following:
- Parent Counselling and Support
- Youth Counselling (11+)
- Whole of family support (including individual and group sessions)
- NDIS funding welcome
