I support children aged 3 to 12 and their families with emotional, behavioural, relational, and developmental challenges. My integrative approach is grounded in research and strong relationships, and tailored to each child. I work closely with parents to understand what’s going on and support meaningful, lasting change. Through an integrative approach, I help children make sense of their experiences and build emotional, social, and developmental skills, while supporting parents to understand behaviour and respond with confidence.
I am an integrative child psychotherapist, with extensive university training in Child-Centered Humanistic Play Therapy, Family Play Therapy, and directive developmental support ('Learn to Play'). I support neurodivergent children, including those with autism and ADHD, in affirming and responsive ways.
