Hi I'm available for sessions online & in person in North Central Victoria.
Art has always been a part of my life. It has helped me connect deeply with others and explore new ways of being. I encourage others to do the same.
I feel privileged in my role, as a professionally registered art therapist, to guide and support others in creative ways, towards holistic health and wellbeing. I’ve worked in community health with youth, adults, and families facing challenges with mental health, social and emotional wellbeing, relationship violence, discrimination, and oppression.

My practice is relational, egalitarian, and focused on affirming self-agency. I strive to be inclusive, anti-oppressive, and provide a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
With over 25 years as a professional artist and an ongoing studio-based art practice, I bring a strong artist identity and creative fearlessness into my therapeutic practice.
I aim to inspire and nurture this same creative spirit in the people I work alongside, encouraging them to engage confidently in the process.
Sessions include deep listening, diverse art materials and techniques, and emphasise reflective and reflexive practice, as well as response-based artmaking to support personal growth and or professional development.
