My work is dedicated to adolescent girls and adult woman who are looking to redefine their relationship to themselves. I am dedicated to emotional safety and the mind-body-soul connection. I honour the philosophy of 'no bad parts' and truly hope to inspire women to accept themselves wholly, because every part of us has a story to tell. I help women navigate the complexities of modern life, relationship issues, anxiety, identity development, academic pressure, balancing multiple roles (such as 'mother'), burnout, defensive responses and transitional moments. I aim to help women to connect more deeply to their body, mind and spirit.
I have Graduate Diplomas in Counselling and Education, and a Bachelor of Creative Arts. My diverse roles as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Educator, Department Head in Primary & Secondary schools reflects a rich professional background. I deliver therapy using IFS, somatic therapy, humanistic counselling and the occasional tarot card for reflection.
