I support people experiencing grief and loss, particularly traumatic grief, sudden loss, suicide loss, overdose loss, or unexpected bereavement. Many clients come to counselling after the death of a child, sibling, partner, loved one, or the loss of something deeply meaningful in their world such as employment or identity. The shock and pain of these experiences can leave people feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. I work with adults and young people to help them process grief, understand complex emotions, and find ways to move forward while continuing to honour what they have lost. You do not have to face this alone.
I offer compassionate grief & loss counselling for people experiencing traumatic grief, sudden loss, suicide loss, overdose loss, illness, or significant life loss such as job loss. I provide a safe and supportive space to process painful emotions, make sense of what has happened, and reduce feelings of isolation while supporting you to move forward
Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing, and deeply isolating, especially after a sudden or traumatic loss. It can be hard to know where to turn or how to carry what you are feeling.
