Harpreet is an Australian registered psychologist. She has a strong interest in working on complex trauma. Her strength lies in engaging clients with diligence and patience. Harpreet believes in working under an integrative evidence-based model using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She is multilingual and can additionally support clients who speak English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
Harpreet works with client from dynamic groups on managing mental health issues stress management anxiety depression positive mental health relationship issues drug and alcohol addiction, and complex trauma.
