Hello, I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 15 yrs of experience in providing therapeutic counselling to people experiencing various life challenges and mental health issues. I specialise in couples and relationships and trauma counselling. My approach is person-centred, non-judgemental and empathetic and I believe that each person is unique in their own journey through life. I work alongside my clients, providing support and guidance to help gain a greater understanding of themselves and reach their goals and dreams in life.

My expertise in therapeutic counselling includes; Psycho-therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma informed Mindful Based Stress Reduction. I provide a flexible online counselling service via Telehealth, from the safety and privacy from your own home. I also cater for Mental Health Treatment Plans through Medicare..
I understand that it can be challenging in reaching out to speak to a counsellor, particularly when you are feeling vulnerable or afraid to reach out for support. As a dedicated counsellor and having explored my own journey of healing modalities, not only has it reshaped my world it has also inspired and equipped me to support others in times of need.
