I see clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment disorders or issues, dysfunctional habits and addictions, grief and phobias who may have had trauma and or childhood trauma and may be experiencing complex PTSD or PSTD. I also with clients who have neurodivergence. I deliver modalities of therapy of EMDR therapy, CBT, DBT, hypnosis or hypnotherapy, Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy. I offer counselling, talk therapy and psychotherapy.
I have worked a lot with clients who have underlying issues causing long term anxiety and depression such as trauma and childhood trauma. I have been using EMDR therapy to treat trauma for 10 years with a lot of success.
