At Halo & Me Therapy, Ellie offers counselling and therapeutic support for clients of all ages, from children (3+) to adults. She provides 1:1 counselling for adults (18+), including EMDR therapy, as well as tailored support for children and adolescents using play-based, experiential, and group approaches. Ellie also runs small group programs for pre-teen girls, including Empower Me Within, helping build confidence, emotional awareness, self-esteem, and peer connection. Sessions are available in-person in Albury or via Telehealth, with NDIS and private clients welcome.
Ellie is a Medicare-accredited Mental Health Social Worker with expertise in supporting children, adolescents, and adults. She offers 1:1 counselling, including EMDR therapy for trauma and emotional wellbeing, as well as small group programs for pre-teen girls to build confidence, resilience, and social-emotional skills.
