Therapy and Movement for Self Improvement (TAM)
Please note: From time to time we run TAM Small Group Program at Modbury, subject to sufficient interest. In the absence of our group program, an individual TAM program is also available upon negotiation The TAM program is designed to support people with disabilities experiencing anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges. The fees are fully subsidised for NDIS for participants with an active NDIS plan. Group participants practise a wide range of cognitive behaviour, relaxation, mindfulness, guided meditations, mindfulness, and artistic exploration strategies to facilitate interpersonal and emotional growth, improve emotional wellbeing and develop social connections.

The Art of Meditation
This is six session group therapeutic skill development program that assists the participants in learning relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, and guided visualisation skills to assist in emotional regulation and management of stress, anxiety, and depression. Each session includes one and half hour of 'mind training' when a range of mindfulness, guided meditation, and artistic expression techniques are being rehearsed. The sessions run on a weekly basis.

Pausing in Style
Fortnightly small group therapy program to discuss natural ways of addressing hot flushes and other menopausal symptoms. The sessions would provide information about the peri menopause, menopause and post menopause. We will rehearse simple cognitive behavioural, mindfulness, guided visualisation and self-hypnosis techniques, and plan for effective management of symptoms to support our health and emotional wellbeing. Each session facilitates a greater insight into ways of becoming stronger, more resilient and confident, and to pause in style. Cost: $360 for 6 sessions.
