I am a qualified Gestalt and Somatic psychotherapist, as well as a clinical supervisor.
I am specialising in working with people who have experienced Early Childhood Developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Using a blend of modalities, I tap into personal awareness, freedom, and self-direction.
My attention is focused on an intuitive, creative, and spontaneous process that centres on what is happening in the present moment between me and the client. Working somatically, I focus on the connection between the MIND and BODY to address mental and emotional health issues, especially trauma.
My service focuses on removing limiting beliefs to foster healthy emotional relationships, first with yourself, and then with others. You will be able to identify and explore your painful feelings, understand your individual needs, name and shift your general blocks and experience overall positive changes in the body, mind, and spirit.
Inner Child work is one of my key passions, and it plays a significant role in shaping my therapeutic approach. My focus on trauma is addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms.
