I am trauma informed and specialises in •Relationships - navigating divorce, infidelity, ethical non-monogamy and domestic abuse, •Female sexuality - empowerment, diversity and identity, fetishes and kinks •Somatic awareness for anxiety and tension release •Meditation and the mind-body connection.
Many people feel anxious coming to a counsellor for the first time. I provide a safe supportive non-judgmental space that is warm, inviting and peaceful. I will meet you where you’re at on your journey and facilitate the changes required for self-realisation, actualisation, knowledge and empowerment.
