In our work together, I help you slow down and understand your emotions, patterns, and ways of coping. I’m in my final year of Advanced Relational Gestalt training, and this present‑moment, relational approach guides how I work. I welcome clients funded via the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), with direct billing available.
You don’t need the right words or a clear plan before starting therapy.
