I have nearly 10 years experience working with trans, gender diverse and non-binary people. I support those exploring their gender identity, as well as helping with social and medical transition. I have helped many individuals come out to family and friends, and I work with partners and parents of trans and gender diverse individuals. In addition, I also work with those who have suffered a significant loss in their lives, who may be grieving the loss of a partner, child, parent or close relative due to illness, accident or suicide. I strive to provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings and find the support you need.
I provide confidential counselling in-person and online for clients with a range of concerns especially: gender identity, grief and loss, autism, ADHD, anxiety and trauma. I can provide a safe and non-judgemental space to enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. I can guide you to develop resilience and gain control of your life
I have the lived experience of being gender diverse. I have also suffered significant losses of people close to me who have died of cancer or by suicide. I offer both in-person and Zoom sessions and am happy to provide just a single session, for those seeking advice and support. I am available for brief, no-charge phone calls to see how I might help.
