I am a clinical psychologist currently open to new referrals. I have a friendly and collaborative style where I believe it is a privilege to support people during difficult periods in their lives. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, where together, we seek to reduce your psychological distress and promote a fulfilling and purposeful life. In session, I incorporate evidence-based techniques, psychological strategies and supportive exploration. We will work together to create a treatment approach that meets your individual needs.
I work primarily with adults experiencing a range of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, OCD, depression, attachment wounding's, trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, personality disorders and emotional dysregulation. I draw from a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Decades of research demonstrate that the relationship between client and clinician is a factor of utmost importance to positive therapy outcomes. With this in mind, I encourage you to find a psychologist that feels like the right fit for you. If you think that we could work well together, I look forward to hearing from you.
