My life motto, "If anyone can do it, I can do it too," is more than just a saying—it's a guiding principle that has shaped my journey and inspired me to uplift others. I believe deeply in the potential of every individual to overcome their circumstances, take control of their path, and lead a fulfilling life. This conviction drives me to help people recognise their strengths and realise their capabilities. As a counsellor and educator with extensive experience working with primary and mainly secondary age groups, I understand the importance of early intervention.
My approach is person-centred. I walk alongside clients and provide the support they need to reach their goals. I assist children and teenagers in navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, anger management, school refusal, and self-esteem issues. In my work with parents, I help them build strong, positive relationships with their children.
I also support adults facing a range of issues, from loneliness and stress to anxiety and relationship challenges. Whether helping couples rekindle their love or assisting individuals in forming new connections, my approach is non-judgmental and empathetic. With the right support, anyone can emerge from the tunnel of their struggles and find their way out.
