Gestalt therapist first! However, I use several other integrative, evidence‑based approaches tailored to each person’s needs. Building a secure, collaborative therapeutic relationship is central—I meet clients where they are to address depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, alcohol/drug addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, attachment wounds and codependency.
I use relational-based therapy for both individuals and couples, EMDR and CBT and still work as part of an inpatient team in a private hospital, specialising in childhood developmental trauma, attachment wounds and related recovery work.
I know how hard it can be to reach out for therapy because I’ve sat in that chair too. Starting can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, even scary — but it can also be the beginning of real change. Sometimes you just need to take a leap of faith and give it a red-hot go!
