I am a registered clinical psychologist offering brief and long-term psychotherapy for adults and adolescents (16+), who not only wish to address specific mental health concerns, but also to deepen their self-understanding and make sense of their inner world. My areas of interest and experience include working with individuals experiencing low mood/depression, anxiety, difficulties with adjustment/life transitions, trauma-related difficulties, self-esteem issues, difficulties in relationships, and chronic dissatisfaction with their lives. Additionally, I am particularly interested in working with clients from CALD backgrounds.
As a therapist, I am warm, genuine, and curious. I work from a predominantly psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, and adopt a trauma-informed framework in my work. My belief is that change occurs through exploration and developing an in-depth understanding of your symptoms, rather than simply eliminating them.
Therapy is an intimate journey of self-discovery and a pursuit of personal growth. It can be painful at times, and takes great courage and perseverance. In our time together, I hope to be able to support you in reconnecting with your most authentic self, so as to be able to lead a more satisfying, enriching and meaningful life.

Groups
Interpersonal Process Group Therapy
Process groups offer a unique space for personal growth by focusing on real-time interpersonal dynamics. In these groups, members are encouraged to explore and express parts of themselves that have been hidden away. Through immediate interactions, individuals confront unspoken emotional patterns and practice new ways of relating. Members not only learn about themselves but also deepen connections with others, gaining new perspectives and developing the skills to navigate interpersonal conflicts with greater awareness and resilience.
